Tiny Factions Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Factions (the “Game”) handles information when you install or use it. Stechkom Software does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location through the Game.
Information stored on your device
The Game stores save data, settings, tutorial progress, advertising preferences, purchase entitlements, transaction de-duplication markers, and in-game currency locally on your device. This information is used to operate the Game, restore eligible purchases, and prevent the same purchase from being granted more than once. You can remove local data through your device’s app-storage settings or by uninstalling the Game.
Advertising and consent
The Game uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region, choices, and device settings, Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostic data to provide, measure, secure, and personalize or limit advertising.
Where required, the Game asks for consent before requesting ads. You can revisit available consent choices from the Privacy Choices button in the in-game Royal Store. Purchasing Remove Ads removes banner, interstitial, and app-open advertising; optional rewarded ads remain available only when you choose to use them.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google may process payment information, purchase history, transaction identifiers, device information, and fraud-prevention signals under its own policies. Stechkom Software does not receive or store your full payment-card details. The Game validates Google Play receipts and stores the resulting entitlement or purchased game content locally.
How information is used
- To provide and preserve game progress, settings, purchases, and rewards.
- To display and measure ads, respect consent choices, and prevent invalid traffic or fraud.
- To process, validate, restore, and support in-app purchases.
- To maintain reliability, security, and compatibility.
Third-party services
The Game uses services operated by Google. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and policies:

Stechkom Software does not directly sell personal information. Google may process data for personalized advertising only where permitted by applicable law and your consent choices.
Data retention and international processing
Local game data remains on your device until it is reset or the Game is uninstalled. Google retains and processes information according to its own policies and may process it in countries other than the country where you live, subject to its legal safeguards.
Children’s privacy
Tiny Factions is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, contact us so the concern can be investigated.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Because Stechkom Software does not operate player accounts or a player-data server for the Game, most game data can be controlled directly by clearing the Game’s local storage. Advertising choices can also be managed through the in-game Privacy Choices entry and your device’s advertising settings.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect purchase entitlements and local game state. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published.
